01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how K Khay("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use our websites, account tools, wallet experiences, backtesting tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not cover third-party products that have their own privacy policies.

02

Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  • Information you provide: your name, username, email address, password in hashed form, profile image, account preferences, and messages you send us.
  • Sign-in and connection data: if you use Google, we receive identifiers and basic profile details that Google makes available with your permission, such as your name, email, and profile image. We store the connection to your account, not your Google password.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location, browser, operating system, device characteristics, session activity, timestamps, and interactions with the Services. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate usage and performance.

Our wallet-related Services may process public blockchain addresses, transaction details, and other information you choose to submit. Public blockchain activity is visible to others and cannot generally be deleted or changed by us.

03

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and secure accounts, verify emails, authenticate sign-ins, and manage active device sessions;
  • send service messages such as verification codes, password-reset messages, security alerts, and important policy updates;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; and
  • comply with law and protect our users, Services, and rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consent, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate.

04

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that support hosting, data storage, analytics, email delivery, authentication, security, and other infrastructure, only as needed to perform services for us;
  • Connected services when you ask us to connect an account or initiate an interaction;
  • Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security; and
  • A successor organization as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
05

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and core functionality. Our hosting and analytics providers may use similar technologies to measure traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

06

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information. Temporary verification and reset records expire after limited periods; account and security records may be kept longer.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and device access confidential and notify us if you suspect misuse.

07

Your choices and rights

You can update certain profile details, manage connected sign-in providers, and review or revoke device sessions from your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

To make a privacy request, email us at support@kkhay.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

08

International use and children

We and our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can address it.

09

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and give additional notice when required.

Questions or requests can be sent to support@kkhay.com.
